Network marketing

I really wanted to do s blog about network marketing for a while now as I have personally been in the industry now for over 7 years. I only just started blogging 2 months ago and really started to enjoy it as it’s a great way to express yourself.

Now that we are in 2018 social media has pretty much taken over society in general well that’s what I think anyway. You will find network marketers in your newsfeeds trying to sell you something or advertise to work with them.

These days Network marketing is getting harder because this generation seem to think that every network marketing company is a scam when it’s absolutely not. All network marketing companies the legitimate ones that is have rules and regulations for distributors to follow. Unfortunately most don’t follow these rules and make certain companies look bad. For example if your selling a health product and they say it will cure disease or treat a condition there actually not allowed to say this. It’s people like that who make us look bad.

Iv been with a fair few network marketing companies over the years some I liked some I did not as some I found that there requirements to stay active were absolutely ridiculous if you don’t have customers or downlines your not going to get far as you need both to advance up into the compensation plan.

There are millionaires in network marketing because they were usually the first ones to jump into the business when it was new so they had a better chance of getting recruits and customers before anyone else. If you don’t have family or friends who will support you then it’s going to be extremely hard to be in network marketing as you can progress without these things.

Unfortunately for me I’m not a millionaire all though being in network marketing for so long only because I don’t stay with a company I don’t like or they change there requirements or people just are not interested. I believe yes you can make it in network marketing but it all comes down to who you know and if those people will support you or not.

I have a disability so I don’t drive I don’t door knock and I don’t socialise so this makes it also harder for me in Network marketing. Iv had friends join then the next month there become high status for there business because of there family and friends and because they get out there.

I think people need to research network marketing a little better before labeling all of us as scammers. I’m very open about what I do how it works and I do my best to prove that. People need to understand better to make our job easier.

I thought nothing of my shunt as I grew older I actually started to think I no longer needed one because I was fine and nothing had ever actually happened to me with it. I’m now over 30 and just out of no where in the 27th of January 2018 I got this massive migraine when I say migraine I mean my head is throbbing so bad that even if I move just a bit I’m going to vomit and that I clean heart the throbbing right out of my ears. I was on 3 different heavy pain meds of the 3 days and nothing worked not even endone…

I knew something was not right and I could hardly talk because I kept falling asleep that’s all I literally did no matter what I could not stay awake. I was rushed to the hospital they did scans to see what’s going on turns out my haunt had completely shattered and was no longer working not only that but I was actively dying I had a heart rate of under 20bpm and they where pumping morphinene into me like crazy with no relief

The only was to stop it was to get emergency brain surgery I had absolutely no choice it was get brain surgery or die at that point I didn’t care because I was in that much pain I felt dead anyway. My partner had to sign a waiver saying I could die or be brain damaged amongst other things. I didn’t expect to come out alive I woke up confused dazed but I survived I could t believe it. Looking at the scans my head had completely filled itself with fluid they said that if I had left it one more day without going to the hospital I would of died as I was already dying when I got there it was so scary and now I feel like my life is different. There are still things I don’t remember however I try my best everyday and I work hard at home around my kids.

There is no cure for hydrocephalus and shunts are not the cure as they can break at anytime and malfunction at any time you can be fine one day then be dying the next I literally live my life on the edge because I never know if I’ll be alive the next day or not.

DIY Lavender-Oatmeal Bath Soak

Instructions:

Grind oats in a food processor or coffee grinder into a fine flour-like texture.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until oils are evenly distributed.

Store in a glass jar and use about 1 cup of mixture per bath.

Tip: Create a pouch for your mixture using a sock or pantyhose to reduce floating oatmeal flakes in your bath.

1) Treat yourself.

Potatoes Elevated: Baby Potatoes with Lemon Dill Sauce

Ingredients

For the roasted potatoes:

2 pounds small fingerling potatoes in assorted colors, well scrubbed

1½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

½ teaspoon sea salt

¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Zest of 1 lemon, divided

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

For the lemon dill sauce:

½ cup plain coconut or dairy yogurt

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

¼ teaspoon sea salt

Pinch of freshly ground pepper

2 drops Dill Vitality

2 drops Lemon Vitality

Instructions

1 Preheat oven to 450° F.

2 Toss the potatoes with olive oil and salt and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet.

3 Roast for 20–30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until fork tender and browned.

4 Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients and set aside.

5 Toss the warm roasted potatoes in a large bowl with lemon zest and fresh chopped dill to coat.

6 Serve with lemon dill sauce on the side. To make them an appetizer, you can serve each potato with lemon dill sauce dollops on top, spearing them with a cocktail fork or toothpick.

Ingredients you’ll never find in YL products

Do you remember ninth grade biology class? The pungent smell of formaldehyde filling the air as you performed the public school ritual of frog dissection? Did you know that many popular personal care products list formaldehyde as an ingredient or mention a preservative that releases formaldehyde? Yeah, we think it’s gross, too. That’s why we don’t include it in our products and have a list of other ingredients that Young Living doesn’t use.

When creating a new product, Young Living takes great care to scrutinize, analyze, and research each ingredient to ensure that it is as pure as possible. We also consider the conditions of sourcing and closely monitor how ingredients are being harvested. Our aim to deliver naturally derived products that you feel confident using around your family is at the core of who we are.

If we’re unsure about an ingredient, we’ll pass on it completely. For example, we never use artificial dyes, harsh chemicals, or fragrances other than essential oils. In place of artificial flavors, we use essential oils and natural flavoring. The elimination of these constituents helps us provide you with products we are proud to call ours. Personal Care

Our personal care line ranges from serums you apply to your face to toothpaste you put in your mouth—and that’s about as personal as it gets. It’s important to us that you feel secure in the ingredients. Here’s what we avoid and why we never use it:

Glycols (propylene, butylene, hexylene, caprylyl): Glycols are moisturizing agents. We don’t use them in our products simply because there isn’t enough research to declare them as safe to use, so why take the risk?

Triclosan: This is an antimicrobial agent, often found in toothpastes and hand soaps, that was recently banned by the FDA for antiseptic skin products due to lack of data regarding its safety and efficacy.*

Nano particles: These are commonly found in sunscreen. These reactive particles can be very unpredictable and are small enough to pass through cell membranes and enter the bloodstream. For more information, check out our blog post.

Formaldehyde: This preservative is often seen in lotions, cosmetics, and baby wipes. After repeated contact, skin sensitivity may arise.*

Oxybenzone: This organic compound is an example of an ingredient that could be toxic to the symbiotic algae that lives within coral and might pose a huge threat to coral reef.* As conscious stewards of the environment, we use reef-friendly sunscreen ingredients such as zinc oxide (non-nano) or titanium dioxide (non-nano) in our sunscreen.

BHA and BHT: These are common synthetic preservatives found in fatty oils or carrier oils. There’s a reason other companies use these ingredients, even if they haven’t been proven to be safe or properly researched. They contribute something to the finished product, but we refuse to settle. In our creams and lotions, instead of using these preservatives, we choose to utilize naturally derived ingredients such as essential oils, pH regulators, acid regulators, and plant extracts. In place of fatty acids, we opt for BHA- and BHT-free coconut and carrier oils. In our bath bombs, we choose simple sodium bicarbonate and citric acid in place of boric acid.

Cleaning–Thieves®

Imagine you’re wiping off your counters with popular disinfectant wipes when you hear your baby start to wail. You feel you need to vigorously scrub your hands to rid them of harsh chemicals before going to sooth your upset child. This is not what we want for your homes and families. We want you to feel a sense of confidence when cleaning around little ones and pets. We make that happen by eliminating these substances:

Sulfates: These cleaning agents are synthetic and are purposely absent from our Thieves line.

Triethanolamine (TEA): This ingredient is often found in retail detergents, but there’s not enough safety data available for us to feel comfortable using it.

What we use instead:

When it comes to the cleaning products you trust us to formulate, we use natural surfactants like glucosides, soapberries, and quillaja extract instead—all derived from plants.

Babies–Young Living Seedlings™

If there’s one thing we know about parents, it’s that if you’re unsure if an ingredient is okay for you, it’s an absolute no for your babies. This led to the formulation of our Young Living Seedlings line. Young Living products are meant to be used in the home, and the last thing you should stress about is which kind of chemicals your children are exposed to. That’s why we refuse to use the following ingredients:

Talc: This powder contains potential carcinogens in certain products. Most baby powders use it, but the costs could be very serious when inhaled.

PEGs (PEG–polyethylene glycol; PPG–polypropylene glycol): These ingredients are surfactants and are most commonly used in cleaning and personal products. When synthetic, they carry potential safety concerns such as pore clogging and toxicity.

Parabens: The FDA has no conclusive research regarding the effects of these preservatives, which are often used in deodorants, moisturizers, and shampoos.

What we use instead:

Once again, we choose to focus our resources on providing you plant-derived, natural surfactants and safer alternatives to parabens such as acid regulators, plant extracts, and essential oils.

Strawberry Almond Salad With Lime essential oil

We’ve paired this fresh and tasty salad with a zesty raspberry-lime vinaigrette.

Ingredients

Strawberry Almond Salad:

300g baby spinach

500g strawberries, cut in thick slices

½ cup sliced almonds, toasted

½ cup fat free feta cheese

Raspberry Vinaigrette:

2–4 drops Lime oil

1 punnet fresh raspberries

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons dijon mustard

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

¼ cup olive oil

Instructions

1 In small bowl, mash raspberries.

2 Add remaining vinaigrette ingredients and mix using wire whisk until combined.

3 Chill vinaigrette for 30 minutes.

4 Toss salad ingredients with raspberry vinaigrette.

Tip: Refrigerate remaining vinaigrette for up to two weeks.
